Hi, I'm Craig! I'm a final year Operations Research PhD Candidate and Vanier Scholar at the University of Toronto, co-advised by Professors Timothy Chan and Ningyuan Chen.
My research analyzes innovative markets that are impactful yet often overlooked in traditional operations literature. For example, I have designed income-sharing contracts for superstar labor markets, mechanisms to incentivize reviewing effort in academic conferences, pricing strategies for bargaining markets, and methods to measure hidden value in sports. Across these settings, I use data to ensure that theoretical insights translate into practical policies.
I was a visiting researcher at the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth College) in Summer 2024 and previously worked as a Data Scientist on Amazon's SCOT team in Summer 2021.
This summer, I’ll be joining The Wharton School (OID Department) at the University of Pennsylvania as an Assistant Professor!
