I am a Lecturer of Operations, Information, and Decisions at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
My research analyzes innovative markets that are impactful yet often overlooked in traditional operations literature. For example, I have designed income-sharing contracts for superstar labor markets, mechanisms to incentivize reviewing effort in academic conferences, pricing strategies for bargaining markets, and methods to measure hidden value in sports.
I am completing my PhD in Operations Research at the University of Toronto, co-advised by Professors Timothy Chan and Ningyuan Chen. I was a visiting researcher at the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth College) in Summer 2024 and previously worked as a Data Scientist on Amazon's SCOT team in Summer 2021.
